Board and remuneration policy

The board consists of a chair, a treasurer, a secretary and general board members.

Employed: pastor (0.6 FTE) and office manager (0.4 FTE). The other board members serve unpaid.

Objective (statutes, article 2)

The community’s objective is to proclaim the gospel and to spread and teach biblical principles in line with the confession of faith, the statement of faith and the philosophy laid down by the Rafaël Nederland church body. The community seeks to achieve this by:

  • Holding public services

  • Organising Bible studies, prayer meetings and other gatherings

  • Organising children’s and youth work

  • Educating and training people in faith and evangelism

  • Sending out and supporting people from the community with a ministry

  • Providing diaconal and pastoral care

  • Founding and supporting legal entities, communities and organisations with similar or related objectives
